At 11 Honoré we offer complimentary return shipping for eligible items on US domestic orders. Eligible items are items that are not marked as final sale and must be received unworn, in their original condition with the original tags attached and must be in the courier’s possession within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund to the original method of payment.
Eligible items submitted to the courier’s possession after 5 days, but within 21 days of the delivery date, are only eligible for store credit or for a size exchange.
Items that are identified as being worn, stained, altered, or without their original tags, are not eligible for return for a refund, store credit, or a size exchange. In these instances, customers will be individually notified and items will be returned.
Final Sale Items
All hosiery, swimwear, intimates, and bodysuits are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Request a Domestic Return
To start your complimentary domestic return or exchange:
Please log into your 11honore.com account and click “START A RETURN”. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reasons(s) for such return and or exchange.
Upon successful completion of your request, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to the email address associated with your 11 Honore account. Place the items in the original packaging or a new shipping box, and ship using your pre-paid return label. Kindly include your original order receipt.
If you do not have an 11 Honore account, please follow the return process online by visiting https://11honore.returnly.com/. Instruction prompts will guide you through the process.
If your requested exchange item is available, your new order will be processed once we receive your return at our warehouse. Our Customer Service team will reach out immediately if we are not able to accommodate your request.Returns not in compliance with 11 Honore’s return policy will be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the customer.

Request an International Return
To request an international return please contact our Customer Service team immediately upon receiving your order and trying it on at home.

Our Customer Service team will work with our international courier to schedule a package pickup for you. Please note, that any and all commercial invoices must be included in your return shipment.
Return eligible Items that are received in their original condition, undamaged, at our fulfillment center are typically processed and refund applied within 2-3 business days after they arrive.• Refunds to Original Method of Payment will be available within 5-7 business days once funds are released, depending on your financial institution. This can vary greatly between card issuers.• Refunds for Store Credit will be available within 24 hours on your account.
To our international customers, please note that any pre-paid duties and taxes will not be refunded directly by 11 Honore for any returned items. Please contact your governmental agency for information on the refund process.

Store credit is provided in the form of a gift card which can be used toward a future purchase on 11honore.com, without a time limitation. Your gift card will be emailed to the email associated with your order and your 11 Honore account.

We strive to ensure all orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order delivery date, please contact our Customer Service team.
· Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1 PM PST with overnight service will be shipped that day.
· Orders placed Friday before 1 PM PST with overnight service will be shipped that day with an estimated delivery on the next business day for orders within the US. Kindly note that we do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
· Orders placed Monday through Friday with complimentary ground service will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order.
For orders shipping within the US, we offer 3 shipping options to our customers:
· Standard (3-6 business days) - Complimentary
· Expedited (2 business days) - Charges apply and are based on the destination address.
· Next Day (1 business day) - Charges apply and are based on destination address.
For orders shipping outside of the US, we charge shipping based on destination address which will be calculated at checkout. We ship to most countries around the world. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes will be charged at checkout. Duties and taxes will not be refunded directly by 11 Honoré for any returned items. Please contact your governmental agency for the refund process.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details for your order. You can track its progress along the way using the UPS website or by reaching out to our Customer Service team.
