Our Return Policy
At 11 Honoré we offer complimentary return shipping for domestic orders within the US and are pleased to accept returns that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 14 days from the date of your order ship date. We are happy to offer International returns for a $50 flat return and processing fee under the same conditions.
While we currently do not offer international exchanges, we are pleased to exchange your domestic purchase for a different size in the same style.
Please note sale items discounted at or more than 50% are deemed final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless uniquely noted. Please reference our product detail page during your checkout experience or your order confirmation email to validate the return eligibility for your items.
Requesting a Return
To start your complimentary domestic return or exchange:
Please log into your 11honore.com account and click “START A RETURN”. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reasons(s) for such return and or exchange.
Upon successful completion of your request, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to the email address associated with your 11 Honore account. Place the items in the original packaging or a new shipping box, and ship using your pre-paid return label. Kindly include your original order receipt.
If you do not have an 11 Honore account, please follow the return process online by visiting https://11honore.returnly.com/. Instruction prompts will guide you through the process.
Once your return has shipped, kindly allow our Customer Service team seven (7) to ten (10) business days to process your refund or exchange request.
If your requested item is available, your new order will be processed once we receive your return at our warehouse. For immediate exchange needs please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone, and they can surely assist you. Our Customer Service team will reach out immediately if we are not able to accommodate your request.
We are happy to offer International returns for a $50 flat return and processing fee. At this time, 11 Honore does not offer international exchanges.
To request an international return please contact our Customer Service team immediately upon receiving your order and trying it on at home. Customer Support may be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 1-888-636-6767. Phone support is available Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 10PM EST. Our Customer Service team will work with our international carrier to schedule a package pickup for you. Please note, that any and all commercial invoices must be included in your return shipment.
If your item(s) are eligible for a refund, our Customer Service team will process your return back to the original form of payment. Kindly allow two (2) to three (3) business days for the refund to appear on your bank and or credit card statement. To our international customers, please note that any pre-paid duties and taxes will not be refunded directly by 11 Honore for any returned items. Please contact your governmental agency for information on the refund process.

If your item(s) are eligible for store credit, our Customer Service team will process your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used toward a future purchase on 11honore.com, without a time limitation. Your gift card will be emailed to the email associated with your order and your 11 Honore account.
We strive to ensure all orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order delivery date, please contact our Customer Service team.
· Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1 PM PST with overnight service will be shipped that day.
· Orders placed Friday before 1 PM PST with overnight service will be shipped that day with an estimated delivery on the next business day for orders within the US. Kindly note that we do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
· Orders placed Monday through Friday with complimentary ground service will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order.
For orders shipping within the US, we offer 3 shipping options to our customers:
· Standard (3-6 business days) - Complimentary
· Expedited (2 business days) - Charges apply and are based on the destination address.
· Next Day (1 business day) - Charges apply and are based on destination address.
For orders shipping outside of the US, we charge shipping based on destination address which will be calculated at checkout. We ship to most countries around the world. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes will be charged at checkout. Duties and taxes will not be refunded directly by 11 Honoré for any returned items. Please contact your governmental agency for the refund process.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details for your order. You can track its progress along the way using the UPS website or by reaching out to our Customer Service team.
