OUR RETURN POLICY
We offer complimentary return shipping at 11 Honoré and are pleased to accept returns that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 21 days from the order date.
Please include the original packing slip so that we may easily locate your order for refund.
If original packing slip is not available, please write your order number clearly on the box.
A refund to the original payment method or for store credit is available on returns that meet the above requirements.
11 Honoré will do our best to accommodate all returns and exchanges in a timely manner.

Select whether you would like store credit, or refund to original form of payment.
If you would like to exchange please select store credit and place a new order.
You will receive a prepaid shipping label which you must print and prepare for return.
Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected you will receive a reimbursement for your item.
