DOES 11 HONORÉ OFFER SITE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS?

We do not currently offer site credit for returned items. We do issue refunds for returned items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 21 days from the date of delivery

HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE?

We are pleased to offer sales internationally. Please note: Orders are delivered with duties unpaid. There is a $50 processing fee for international returns.

HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE?

We do not currently offer international exchanges.

HOW DO I MAKE A DOMESTIC EXCHANGE?

For domestic orders we are pleased to exchange your purchase for a different size or style. One of our Customer Care team members will be happy to assist you through this process. DOES 11 HONORÉ DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

We do not currently offer Saturday deliveries.
