DOES 11 HONORÉ OFFER SITE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS?
We do not currently offer site credit for returned items. We do issue refunds for returned items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 21 days from the date of delivery

HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE?
We are pleased to offer sales internationally. Please note: Orders are delivered with duties unpaid. There is a $50 processing fee for international returns.

HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE?
We do not currently offer international exchanges.

HOW DO I MAKE A DOMESTIC EXCHANGE?
For domestic orders we are pleased to exchange your purchase for a different size or style. One of our Customer Care team members will be happy to assist you through this process. PRE-ORDER QUESTIONS 

 

WHY DOES MY PRE-ORDER REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

11 Honoré requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on any and all “pre-order” items purchased on the site. This deposit ensures that your item is reserved. The full purchase will be completed when the item is available to ship. No sales tax, if applicable, will be charged during the deposit portion of your pre-order process.

Deposits are non-refundable and any cancellation requests will be honored for store credit via a gift card only.

 

IS A PRE-ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION, REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

If you would like to make a change to your order in the time between making a deposit and the item becoming available to ship, you can modify only the size if it is available.

We will honor refunds back to the original form of payment and or site credit after you have received your Order. Styles are eligible for return based on our standard Return Policy within 21 days of receipt.

The full product value of a Pre-Order style, less any discounts or shipping, is eligible for a refund.

Exchanges for size will be honored if the product is available

 

WHAT IS THE 11 HONORÉ RETURN POLICY?

At 11 Honoré we offer complimentary return shipping for domestic orders within the US and are pleased to accept returns that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 21 days from the date of delivery. We are happy to offer International returns for a $50 flat return and processing fee.

Sale items discounted at up to 50% off their original price are eligible to be returned for store credit [*], which can be used toward a future purchase on 11honore.com. Sale items discounted at more than 50% are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE ITEM IS READY TO BE SHIPPED TO ME?

When the product is ready to ship, 11 Honoré will contact you to secure the remaining payment along with sales tax if applicable and finalize the order. Once payment is received, your items will ship.

Special order items are for specifically labeled pieces that were featured in our New York Fashion week runway show and are made to order. Kindly contact [email protected] to begin your special order. Upon contacting our Stylist team, you will work closely with our style experts and the designer of the special order piece to ensure the item specifications, style and fit are best for you.
